Arnaud RAMUS

  • A consultant specializing in social legislation advisory services, change management policies, and corporate re-engineering/restructuring (Executive VP, PSA Group).
  • Over 16 years' experience in companies ranging from family-owned SMEs to multinationals (Auchan Group, Disneyland Paris) working as Head of Human Resources or Head of Operations (Eric Kayser, Manutan, RPPC Group).
  • On the strength of his experience, he runs a multi-site network and can also develop and implement Group HR policies.
  • Arnaud Ramus is a graduate of the ESSEC Business School, Paris, majoring in labour law and human resources. He is a member of the ESSEC Alumni.

Jean-Marie ROMANI

  • Began his career in Human Resources and has over 25 years' experience as a manager in international companies Antalis, Paprec, Diamond Shamrock, Screg, and Presse Routage as operational or Group Human Resources Manager and Corporate Secretary.
  • His operational track record in Human Resources makes him a specialist in the management of restructuring exercises, relations with representative employee bodies and in the development of employment: implementation of skills management agreements, talent management policy, recruitment, international talent management, and performance appraisal interviews (from setting up to training for the interview itself).
  • Jean-Marie Romani studied law at the Assas University in Paris.

Laurent HELMAN
  • A consultant specialising in commercial development advisory services for professional automotive markets, Laurent has recruited and supported the deployment of team personnel by building cultural and technical bridges across the full spectrum of market players.
  • On the strength of over three decades' experience acquired with the Fiat and PSA groups, working in a variety of positions ranging from Marketing Manager to Profit Centres Manager, Direct Sales Manager and CEO of Citroën Business & Finance, Laurent has extensive experience of working in complex, politicised environments calling for high-level managerial and commercial skills.
  • He is a graduate of the ENSI engineering school and of the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises school of business administration.
  • He is also a part-time lecturer in Automobile Marketing and Sales at the Institut Supérieur du Commerce Automobile in Le Mans (ESCRA-ISCAM Group), an Associate Professor at the ICN Business School (Institut du Management Automotive de Nancy) and a member of TEAM (Total Expertise Automotive Management), the leading outsourced network for automotive sector competencies.

Olivier PETIT
  • Olivier has acquired a two-pronged experience in consultancy, notably in the fields of chartered accountancy, audit and transitional management, as well as in corporate financial and administrative functions.
  • He was Head of Accounting at Compaq France before taking over global financial coordination at the US headquarters of Compaq Corp. (now Hewlett Packard). He was involved in the mergers and acquisitions of Digital Equipment by Compaq, and subsequently of Compaq by Hewlett Packard. He later joined the Manutan Group, where he was Head of Administration and Finance in charge of acquisitions and development.
  • Over the past 15 years Oliver has acquired wide-ranging expertise not only in reorganising finance departments both in terms of processes and people, but also in organic and acquisition-led growth operations to drive corporate development and strategy.
    He has worked in France and other countries in positions with a European and global remit.
  • Olivier, who is fluent in English, is a qualified chartered accountant and has a post-graduate diploma in Finance from the IAE Paris Sorbonne department of Business Administration.

Legal counsel

Maître Delpech, Associated lawyer

Maître Delpech, associate legal counsel, has a dual specialty in commercial/company law (corporate, M&A) and labour law, more particularly in individual relations, including the treatment of claims and disputes.

Caroline Delpech lectures at the Institut Catholique in Paris (Social Sciences and Economics University), and at IPRIS (the private institute for International and strategic relations).
